Our Mission

The Youth Directors exist to lead the youth to Christ and to equip them with God's word, so they may become fully devoted, mature Christians.

Spiritual Goals:

  • To share God's word and show God's love to the youth.
  • To encourage, exhort, pray and unify the Christ's Church body.
  • To support, equip and involve the parents of youth in the development of their children.

Learning Goals

One must ask the question, "After a child has been in a youth program for several years, how much have they grown in their Christian faith?" Although Christian growth is not something that you can always measure, there are certain things that our young people should be able to do after participating in the youth program. Therefore, we have developed simple goals that can be worked on in each age group. The goals are building blocks that progress from the lowest age to the oldest. For a copy of these goals, please contact one if the youth leaders.

Guidelines

To ensure that all children and matters are dealt with fairly and consistently, a discipline policy has been instituted. This discipline policy is based on scriptures and copies of the policy are posted in all classrooms.
